I used to work at a video game company and one of the people in the art department
arranged to have figure models come pose for the artists. I was the only one showing
up with an Artz pad. Most people were using charcoal or pastels. If I hurried I could
sometimes complete an outline of the shadows before the time was up. I would then spend
hours to complete the picture, using the outlines of the shadows and my memory. Such fond memories.
